Service Description. This Site describes Carpet Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Janitorial Services, Junk Hauling, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Clean-Up, Residential Cleaning provided by CoreStandard Facility Solutions. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://commercialcleaningmemphis.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CoreStandard Facility Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination. CoreStandard Facility Solutions may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://commercialcleaningmemphis.com is provided on an "as is" basis. CoreStandard Facility Solutions makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, CoreStandard Facility Solutions's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify CoreStandard Facility Solutions from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. TN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
